Tracy A Todaro started her insurance career in 1983. She became licensed Property & Casualty Broker in 1986 and a Licensed Life Insurance Broker in 1989. She was Honored in 1993 by Professional Insurance Association as the only New York State representative earning the Outstanding Customer Service Award in the insurance field. She joined Litwin Castle Insurance in 1999 and was promoted in 2002 to our office manager and took on a new role in 2005 as our Commercial Account Manager in addition to her office manager responsibilities. She has been a life-long resident of Orchard Park and resides with her husband and 10 year old daughter.

Marcy Courtney has worked at Litwin Castle Insurance since 2000. She is a licensed insurance broker, primarily handling Personal Lines insurance. In addition to her other duties, she was recently promoted to bookkeeper, and in 2008 she assumed the responsibility of servicing the Church program. Marcy and her husband, Bob, live in Orchard Park, where they raised their three sons, Rob, Drew, and Bruce.
